Leopard Shark Snorkel - La Jolla
La Jolla Shores is a popular snorkel location in San Diego, known for hosting large numbers of harmless leopard sharks from mid-June to early October. All year round, we can observe sea turtles, seals, sea lions, and an abundance of fish and invertebrates. After a brief safety and snorkel etiquette talk, we will explore the area for one hour. Since La Jolla Shores is a marine protected area, we will not handle or touch any animals. The Leopard Shark snorkel trip is hosted June through October. From October through June, snorkeling is still available at this location.
